The roaster is made of high quality aluminium, ensuring uniform heat distribution and giving a perfect cooking result by reducing the cooking time to minimum. The non-stick stone coating guarantees easy removal of food from the pan and easy cleaning after use.

Instructions for use
-Before the first use wash the roaster with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
-Coat the inside surface of the roaster with oil or butter before each use.
-Do not overheat the roaster when it is empty.
-Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230oC.
-Do not fill the pan to more than 2/3 of its capacity in order to prevent overflow.
-Let the roaster to cool down and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
-Use only wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.
-Never cut food into the roaster using sharp tools.
-The use of baking paper will extend the life of the roaster and of the non-stick coating.
-Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the roaster.
-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
-The non-stick coating is in compliance with materials coming in contact with food.
