Instructions for use
-Before the first use, wash the roaster with soapy warm water and a soft sponge.

-Coat the inside surface of the roaster with oil or butter before each use.

– Do not overheat the roaster when it is empty.

– Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230oC.

– Do not fill the pan to more than 2/3 of its capacity in order to prevent overflow.

– Let the roaster cool down and then wash it with soapy warm water and a soft sponge.

– Use only wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.

-Never cut food into the roaster using sharp tools.

– The use of baking paper will extend the life of the roaster and of the non-stick coating.

– Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the roaster.

– Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.

– The non-stick coating is in compliance with materials coming in contact with food.
